Our blood and brain are over 85% water. Our lymphatic system which helps flush out acidosis is 95% water. As we age, these numbers drop significantly, and it takes a notable toll on our brain function, overall health and appearance of our skin.
When your body is no longer able to maintain homeostasis from chronic acidosis you begin to develop symptoms of heartburn, acid reflux, indigestion, stomach cramps, bloating, stomach ulcers and GERD to name a few.
Even with the best detox diet plan, over time chronic dehydration from positively charged acidic water (all fluids on the market), can lead to symptoms of inflammation. Chronic systemic inflammation can express itself as crohn’s disease, irritable bowel syndrome, arthritis, cognitive heart failure, alzheimer, all forms of cancer and more.
Even when people drink the best alkaline bottle water, it does not allow for homeostasis, because it is the wrong type of water.
Purified water, filtered water, best alkaline bottle water, municipal tap water, deionized water, distilled water and reverse osmosis water are all positively charged water that contribute to acidosis. All these waters enter the cellular membrane through a slow process called dilution and osmosis. This is what is still taught in medical textbooks today..
“Through pioneering discoveries concerning the water and ion channels of cells, this year’s Nobel Laureates Peter Agre and Roderick MacKinnon, have contributed to fundamental chemical knowledge on how cells function. They have opened our eyes to a fantastic family of molecular machines: channels, gates and valves all of which are needed for the cell to function.’
They go on to say: “Many of these (channels) are specially adapted to one specific ion or molecule and do not permit any other type to pass.”
And finally… “water molecules, which are uncharged, flow freely. Thousands of millions of water molecules per second pass through one single channel! In other words uncharged being negative water as oppose to positively charged water.
Although this is a phenomenal discovery for the health of our cells and every function in our body …
Why is negative water or ionized water not spelled out in the article?
Why is this information not easily available?
Why is this information not in medical textbooks?
Why must you search yet another name ERW – Electrolysed Reduced Water in medical sites like pubmed.com?
Here is one last quote from the same Nobel Prize winning article on aquapourins. “A number of diseases can be attributed to poor functioning in the water and ion channels of the human body. With the help of fundamental knowledge of what they look like and how they work, there are now new possibilities for developing new and more effective pharmaceuticals.”

Free radicals are uncharged molecules that are unstable and highly reactive. They damage cells leading to acidosis and all forms of disease and aging. Ionized water is a powerful antioxidant that can scavenge and eliminate these free radicals, leading to anti inflammatory benefits. One glass of ionized water has more antioxidants than a week’s worth of fruits and vegetables!
TheTruthAboutCancer.com has 2 great videos that explain ionized water and antioxidants.
1) The Role Of Hydrogen In Conbatting Oxidative Stress
2) What Is The Best Water To Drink and Why?
We fail to absorb most of the water we drink. This is because all water including the best alkaline bottle water, and deionized water, are positively charged and deflected by the positively charged aquaporins of our cellular membrane. Aquapourins only accept negatively charged ions. With negative water “Thousands of millions of water molecules per second pass through one single channel” (channel aka aquapourn)
All other water is positively charged and takes time to slowly diffuse through the cell wall. Did you ever drink a bunch of water and feel it sit in your gut waiting for digestion? This will never happen with negative water, ionized water, Kangen water. It is immediately absorbed into your brain, all of your cells and organs. It’s called super hydration!
A great misunderstanding is alkaline water benefits and best alkaline bottled water. Unless it is ionized water from a quality medical device, all water is positively charged and acidic. Purified water, filtered water, best alkaline bottle water, tap water, distilled water and deionized water are all acidic, contributes to acidosis. Clearly does not provide true alkaline water benefits.
Adding minerals, baking soda, lemon or fancy tablets to positively charged acidic water does not provide alkaline water benefits. This type of alkaline water (done though chemical change not electrolysis) sits in your gut to be digested. The long term effects of drinking “false” alkaline water are still unknown, and may even contribute to more acidosis. It is certainly not an anti inflammatory water.
This is why doctors say don’t drink too much alkaline water.
Alkaline water obtained through electrolysis (a medically certified water ionizer) is a powerful antioxidant, reduces acidosis and is highly anti inflammatory. This is all possible because ionized water maintains naturally occurring minerals, is negative water and directly absorbed into the aquapourins of the cell. In Japanese the term Kangen Water means: Return to Source.
How New Is This Technology?
Does Ionized water, negative water, hydrogen water, Kangen water and aquapourins sound new to you? Well Enagic, the company who produces ionized water also known as Kangen Water, has been manufacturing medically certified ionizes for over 40 years. This same technology is used in over 400 of Japan’s hospitals.
According to the United Nations Japan is no. 1 in the world for health and longevity. USA is no. 43. Perhaps we should ask ourselves why does Japan use this water in their hospitals?
Dr. Hiromi Shinya
One doctor who has used this water with over 400,000 cancer patients with zero recurrence is Dr. Shinya. He is Professor of Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Chief of the Endoscopy Dept. at Beth Israel Medical Centre. He spends 6 months in New York and 6 months in Japan. But this is a whole other wonderful topic of conversation. Feel free to search for his books and his work.
