Your body is both receiving and transmitting energy. What you think and feel is what you are emanating. Create happy, positive thoughts, which are transmitted into the fields of awareness that link us all together, like stars in the cosmos.
Negative thoughts are also transmitted into the field of collective consciousness. They will cause you to attract the people, circumstances, and situations that enable you to see whatever is diminishing the light of your indwelling spirit. Spirit is consciousness in expression or Shakti. That which causes life within you is you. You are the light.
Given the importance of the energy body and chakras physically, emotionally, and mentally, it is clear that having a strong, healthy energy body will not only help you deal with stress but will also help you deal with many other challenges that life may bring.
